Several of the smaller cavities have remineralized, it is so much easier than subjecting a little guy to invasive drilling! After a month of using it, my dentist examined my teeth and noticed a considerable difference in decay....translation: less drilling on my teeth!! I love this product and don't use any other gum now. I love this gum and the mints that Zellies makes. They are sweetened with 100% xylitol, which is healthy and has less calories than regular sugar - AND has helped to heal the little cavities in my teeth. I know it sounds crazy - I rolled my eyes the first time someone told me that xylitol would do that, but it works and I have my dental visits as proof. Zelles Mint gum is delicous and the container fits in my car cup holder so it is always handy. My only complaint is that the great taste doesn't last long enough.
